Description
TI’s Advanced Technology Development team is hiring a Process Development team leader to support the MEMS/Sensor team. The role leads 4–5 engineers across multiple fabs in unit and loop process development, defines MEMS/Sensor process roadmaps, manages Si tasks, coordinates with vendors and foundries, and drives characterization, testing, design of experiments, data analysis, simulation, and process improvements. The position requires a master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field and at least five years of experience developing MEMS or semiconductor devices from development through production.
