Lighthouse Mission Ministries is hiring a full-time Case Manager for its Shelter Operations team to provide one-on-one case management to shelter residents, connect them with services, maintain safe and supportive environments, document progress, coordinate with community partners, and support volunteers and interns. The role requires at least one year of experience in case management, rescue mission work, or similar work, along with knowledge of homelessness, poverty, addiction, domestic violence, and recovery, and offers $22.50 per hour plus paid time off, holidays, health insurance, retirement matching, and other benefits.
