Rivermont Schools is hiring a Mental Health Associate to support students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The role assists with academics, daily routines, social skills, self-help activities, and behavior documentation; uses de-escalation and calming strategies; and collaborates with teachers, therapists, BCBAs, and families. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, strong communication and documentation abilities, reliability, adaptability, and patience.
