Description
Walden University is seeking a Contributing Faculty Member for its Clinical Mental Health Counseling program to teach and mentor students in the role of mental health counselors. The position involves online course instruction through Blackboard and Canvas, student interaction, feedback and grading, research supervision, program assessment, and participation in residencies or pre-practica. Requirements include a CACREP-accredited doctorate in Counseling or Counselor Education, current state licensure as a mental health professional, and at least three years of experience teaching and mentoring master's or doctoral students. Compensation is $1,560–$4,080 per quarter or semester for graduate courses and $700–$2,200 per quarter for undergraduate courses.
