Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, LLC is hiring a full-time, W-2 Mental Health Counselor to provide school-based mental health services to elementary school students at Prettyboy Elementary School in Baltimore County. The role includes individual and group counseling, screenings and assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, referrals, documentation, and collaboration with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The position requires approximately 40 hours per week, with most client services delivered in school-based office settings and up to 10% travel between offices and sites. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $104,000 per year on a fee-for-service basis, with standard W-2 employee benefits and eligibility subject to plan terms.
