Description
JES Tech is hiring a Mental Health Counselor for its Behavioral Health Services team supporting employees at the DOE Hanford Site. The role provides brief individual and marital counseling, mental health assessments, treatment planning, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, case management, employee education, referrals, and collaboration with occupational health and Human Resources professionals. The position is based at an off-site occupational medicine clinic in Richland, Washington, and requires a relevant master's degree, a current Washington State license, at least three years of clinical practice experience, U.S. citizenship or national status, and the ability to obtain the required security clearance or access authorization. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
