Description
The Psychiatric Nurse provides mental and medical care to patients and their families, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams on intervention plans, delivers cognitive behavioral therapy, administers medication, monitors treatment adherence, maintains confidentiality, records patient data, supports emotional regulation and de-escalation, and assists with client and staff training. The role requires a degree in mental health or behavioural health or an equivalent qualification, five years of post-qualification experience, current mental health nursing licensure or equivalent, strong communication and IT skills, fluency in English and Ukrainian, and the ability to work effectively under high-stress conditions.
