Lifeline Connections is hiring an Embedded Mental Health Professional to provide behavioral health screening, assessment, brief intervention, care coordination, consultation, and referral services to justice-involved individuals within Supervised Probation, Probation Services, and Clark County District Court. The role works under clinical supervision, collaborates with probation and court partners, maintains confidential records, and supports warm handoffs to community behavioral health providers. It requires a master’s degree or advanced degree in counseling or a social science, current Washington State mental health professional credentials, CPR and First Aid certification, and approximately 16 hours per week of embedded work. The position pays $26.31–$36.23 per hour depending on experience and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
