Lifelong Access is hiring a full-time Mental Health Professional to support the clinical treatment team for clients with mental health disorders. The role involves clinical assessments, treatment-plan development and implementation, documentation, training, and case-file maintenance under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health and other QMHP staff. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or the specified alternative education and experience combinations, along with confidentiality, teamwork, Illinois driving, and insurance requirements. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, psychology, or pastoral counseling; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with at least five years of documented clinical experience in mental health or human services.
Required Previous Experiences: Two years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting under the supervision of a QMHP.
