Description
The Mental Health Program Manager serves as the clinical manager and designated clinical supervisor for Partners Behavioral Healthcare’s mental health program. The role provides people leadership, clinical and administrative supervision, coaching, operational oversight, compliance monitoring, and a direct client caseload while supervising mental health professionals, clinical therapist trainees, and master’s-level interns. The position is hybrid, remote/on-site in Saint Paul, and pays $75,000–$90,000 annually.
