Description
The employer is hiring a full-time MST Supervisor to lead up to two teams of two to four Multisystemic Therapy clinicians. The role supervises and trains therapists, manages referrals and clinician caseloads, develops community and organizational relationships, promotes the program, reports clinical outcomes, and may deliver treatment to one to two families. Candidates need a master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field, and must be fully licensed or have two years of MST experience; supervisory experience and youth behavioral treatment experience are preferred. The position offers a salary of $57,918 to $83,441 and comprehensive benefits.
