Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate of Arts degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Three years of personal life experience with mental illness.
Three years of life experience as a primary caregiver to an adult with a mental illness, traumatic brain injury, substance use disorder, or developmental disability.
Two years of full-time postsecondary education or a total of 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to function independently, interact with, and relate to various individuals.
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to encourage change and create a positive, supportive atmosphere while identifying client needs and setting treatment goals.
Effective decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle crisis situations and adhere to supervisor directives.
Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Proficiency in using Procentive, Microsoft 365, and other internal software.
Fluency in English.
Ability to manage a daily schedule.
Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable personal transportation.
Auto insurance covering at least $300,000 in total.
