Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. is hiring a full-time Mental Health Supportive Housing Program Manager to coordinate and oversee the Mental Health Supportive Housing Program and Mental Health Transitional Living Program, including supervised residence, apartment treatment, and crisis-bed services. The role provides second- and direct-level supervision, manages budgets, resident records, compliance, staffing, crisis intervention, facility maintenance, and program evaluation, and requires a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, three to five years of related experience including three years in a supervisory capacity, or an acceptable combination of experience, education, and training. The position pays $55,120 to $78,450 annually and includes a 24-hour on-call schedule.
