Description
The Mental Health Supervisor (CSS) provides clinical and administrative supervision for case management, peer support specialists, and Community Support Services therapists; oversees unit operations and service delivery for Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority; supports person-centered planning, integrated care, evidence-based practices, consumer advocacy, and compliance with Medicaid and CCBHC requirements; and coordinates with internal and community programs. The role reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorder Services and supervises client services managers, mental health therapists, peer support specialists, and other assigned professionals.
