Elevate is hiring a part-time Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, to provide community-based support to individuals managing mental health and/or substance use disorders. The role focuses on crisis stabilization, maintaining community independence, supportive skill development, and direct client care. The position offers two rotating shifts, $17–$18 per hour, work-life balance, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and free CBRF certification and ongoing in-service training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while adult care, mental health, or substance use experience is encouraged; candidates must also pass background and drug checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible for Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles.
