Description
The role provides outpatient psychiatric assessment, treatment, referrals, crisis management, progress documentation, and coordination with staff and agencies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, at least two years of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnoses, familiarity with EMR systems, and experience with fee-for-service. A master’s degree is preferred, bilingual Spanish-English ability is a plus, and the position requires PPD, background checks, ChildLine clearance, and a mandated reporter certificate.
