JSSA is hiring Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person and occasional telehealth services to elementary and middle school students in Montgomery County. The role includes intake and evaluation, psycho-social diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment implementation, crisis intervention, treatment evaluation, and program-related case management. Candidates must have a master's degree in mental health or a related field, MD licensure, experience working with children and adolescents, and familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities; bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred. The position is salaried for 10 months of the year and per session for 2 months, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
