Brightways Counseling Group is hiring W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapists with LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure at multiple Oregon locations. The role offers hybrid or office-based work, flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, administrative and billing support, peer consultation, and benefits including medical, dental, prescription, retirement, paid time off, and continuing education support. Full-time schedules are 28 or more scheduled appointments weekly, with a four-day workweek option.
