Description
Mento is hiring a senior-policy Mento Coach to provide one-on-one virtual coaching to members, help them set goals, improve leadership and communication, solve workplace problems, and support engagement. The role requires a senior policy leader with at least 15 years of experience in public policy, product policy, government affairs, trust and safety, privacy, or related fields, along with experience developing policy frameworks, influencing product and business decisions, and engaging regulators or policymakers. The position is fully remote for candidates based in North America or Europe, requires at least 12 hours per month of coaching, and is a contract arrangement paid per hour with select bonuses.
