Description
The Mentor provides role modeling and assistance to people receiving services across educational, residential, and community environments, including supporting SUNY Oneonta campus engagement, activities of daily living, personal care, choice, independence, and protective oversight. The role requires safeguarding, communication, relationship-building, incident reporting, documentation, training, and adherence to Springbrook policies and state regulations. Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; be able to work a flexible schedule; have professional communication and computer skills; and meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles.
