Description
The Mentor Coach supports the professional growth and instructional practice of Early Childhood teaching staff through coaching, modeling, observation, feedback, and professional learning. The role partners with Site Leaders and the Area Education Coordinator to identify teacher and program needs, provide Tier II and Tier III coaching, monitor coaching effectiveness, and maintain knowledge of early childhood education and program requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, California teacher-credentialing eligibility, preschool infant/toddler certification, CLASS Reliability Certification, five years of school experience, and up to 75% travel within Los Angeles County.
