Description
The Mentor supports EmpowerU students at Hartwick College through in-class guidance on self-advocacy, classwork, communication, organization, time management, campus resources, technology, events, and clubs. The role also implements staff action plans, maintains positive relationships with students and their supports, documents service delivery, follows required training, and reports abuse or neglect. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, flexible scheduling, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
