Home Chef is hiring a Menu Strategy Analyst to support the planning, development, execution, and maintenance of its ecommerce menus. The role includes menu balancing and publishing, ad-hoc analysis, KPI and competitor tracking, meal selection and recipe ideation, sampling, and menu maintenance. Candidates need a four-year degree in a related field, at least two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, strong Excel or Google Sheets experience, and the ability to taste and provide feedback on meals. The Illinois base salary range is $60,000–$75,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and flexible spending account benefits.
