Description
Higley Construction is hiring an MEP Construction Superintendent to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and specialty systems construction on assigned projects. The role manages field operations, subcontractors, schedules, testing, commissioning, coordination, quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout while serving as the primary field representative for owners and design teams. It requires 15–20+ years of construction experience, advanced MEP and building-systems knowledge, BIM/VDC experience, and a preferred bachelor's degree in a related field.
