MEP Coordinator at Holder Construction

Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Coordinator for a project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role oversees mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities, supervises mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors, and coordinates schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through project close-out. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems, extensive experience managing data center and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, and experience with project scopes, schedules, change orders, RFIs, budgets, and cost control.
