Description
Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Coordinator for a project in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The role oversees mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities, supervises mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors, and coordinates schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through project close-out. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems, extensive data center and complex infrastructure project experience, and experience managing scopes, schedules, change orders, RFIs, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
