Description
Mowery is hiring a full-time, mid-level MEP Coordinator to support design-build and plan/spec construction projects. The role involves developing MEP/S scopes, evaluating proposals and drawings, preparing bid packages, reviewing and overseeing MEP documents, conducting contractor inspections, supporting commissioning and owner demonstrations, and reviewing closeout documents. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, LEED knowledge, MEP/S trade-specific code familiarity, and at least seven years of MEP/S experience in the design-build commercial or industrial construction industry.
