Description
The MEP Cost Engineer will work in the Cost Management department, reporting to the Cost Manager or Project Manager and collaborating with Construction Managers and Superintendents. The role analyzes design and construction documents, reviews MEP cost proposals, prepares cost estimates for scope changes, maintains job cost reports and project indicators, reconciles costs, validates subcontractor and vendor proposals, and quantifies materials through document interpretation and on-screen take-offs. The position is fully onsite and pays $90,000–$120,000 DOE plus incentives.
