Mortenson is hiring an MEP Design Phase Manager to provide overall management direction for MEP design-phase activities across one or more concurrent projects. The role covers project estimating, business partner selection, preliminary scheduling, design development, quality control, commissioning planning, system analysis, coordination, constructability, 3D/4D modeling, and performance management of MEP business partners. Candidates need a relevant engineering or construction degree, at least 10 years of construction experience, and five years of estimating or on-site project management experience. The position requires travel of up to 70%, offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and pays $113,500–$170,300 base annually, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
