The role checks and verifies mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation plans and documentation, monitors MEP works on site, coordinates with designers, installation teams, project managers, and subcontractors, verifies equipment and materials, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and technical regulations. Candidates need higher education in building services, at least three years of MEP coordination and verification experience, strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and automation knowledge, site availability, and a Category B driver’s license.
