Description
The MEP Engineer - Cost Estimator will conduct technical site surveys and inspections of client buildings and facilities, assess installed MEP systems and equipment, define preventive maintenance scope and resources, and prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, equipment inventories, technical reports, quotations, and proposals for Facility Management services. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, knowledge of MEP systems and technical maintenance, strong analytical and Excel skills, a driving license, willingness to travel, and prior experience in facility management, maintenance, technical services, presales, tendering, or cost estimation. Compensation is gross annual salary up to €40,000, with a company car, travel expenses, laptop, mobile phone, and private health insurance.
