Yondr is hiring an MEP Manager for its capital projects construction team to act as an owner’s-side stakeholder overseeing the development, procurement, delivery, inspection, installation, commissioning, and integration of MEP systems. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, clients, and government entities; leads technical coordination, schedule and milestone control, RFIs, cost control, value engineering, constructability, commissioning, and project reporting; and contributes to process improvement and knowledge management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent mission-critical construction experience, at least 10 years of United States-based construction experience, and expertise in electrical, mechanical, controls, MEP plans, and building commissioning.
