Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Manager to lead mechanical and electrical construction activities for mission-critical facilities and related projects in Richmond, Virginia. The role oversees trade contractors and vendors, manages schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, commissioning, and project turnover, and coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Candidates need 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems, extensive data center and complex infrastructure experience, and strong project-management and relationship-management skills; a bachelor’s degree, team-leadership experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
