Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Manager for a project in Conesville, Ohio. The role manages mechanical and electrical construction activities for mission-critical facilities, oversees trade contractors and vendors, coordinates schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and commissioning, and leads the MEP team through project completion. Candidates need 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems, extensive data center and complex infrastructure experience, and strong stakeholder and subcontractor-management skills; a construction management or engineering degree and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
