Description
The MEP Manager supports project teams on data center and advanced manufacturing projects by coordinating procurement, installation, startup, commissioning, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role manages MEP models, submittals, RFIs, schedules, budgets, documentation, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and MEP team training, while supervising mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors. A BS in engineering, construction management, or a related field and 5–7+ years of relevant experience are required, with familiarity with Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360 preferred. The role offers a base salary of $84,000 to $160,000 plus discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
