Description
The MEP Manager will coordinate and manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage trades on major construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, subcontractor management, site inspections, procurement coordination, 3D conflict resolution, constructability reviews, warranty support, and representation of Sundt Construction in owner and contractor meetings. The role requires at least 10 years of construction or MEP coordination experience, project management or superintendent experience, knowledge of MEP systems and building codes, LEED commissioning expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera P6.
