Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive experience reviewing or designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings.
Strong working knowledge of the Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State.
Thorough understanding of the New York State Uniform Code and referenced standards.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred.
Commercial building design experience in an engineering consulting environment.
Elevator system design or plan review experience.
Additional ICC certifications.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain additional certifications.
