Description
The MEP Planning Engineer is responsible for processing planning phases 1–5 under HOAI, preparing preliminary, design, and execution plans from BIM models, conducting discipline-specific MEP planning and calculations, selecting MEP components, coordinating with project stakeholders, supporting technical clarifications and sample approvals, and creating quantity estimates. The role requires a degree in MEP or further training as a state-certified technician, knowledge of BIM, and CAD knowledge is advantageous; professional experience is desirable.
