Unispace Life Sciences is hiring an MEP Pre-Construction Manager - Electrical to lead discipline-specific technical development of electrical MEP packages from opportunity review through project award and contract handover. The role provides technical expertise, commercial support, design coordination, technical scoping, constructability review, and compliance assurance, working with commercial managers, estimators, consultants, designers, contractors, and delivery teams. The successful candidate should have a strong electrical building services background, experience with fit-out, refurbishment, or life-science projects, the ability to review and mark up technical documents, commercial awareness, knowledge of UK building regulations, strong communication and document-control skills, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint proficiency, and a full UK driving licence with a vehicle.
