Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person MEP Preconstruction Coordinator in its Charlotte, North Carolina office. The role leads MEP preconstruction activities, including estimating, design management, subcontractor and vendor procurement, bid analysis, RFP responses, project deliverables, and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. The position also trains preconstruction engineers and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of MEP preconstruction experience.
