Holder Construction is hiring an MEP Preconstruction Manager for its Atlanta regional office. The full-time, in-person role leads MEP preconstruction activities, including estimating, design management, subcontractor and vendor procurement, bid analysis, RFP responses, project deliverables, and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. The position also trains preconstruction engineers and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 10+ years of MEP preconstruction experience.
