Mace is hiring an MEP Project Director for a hyperscale data centre in London. The role leads MEP delivery from tender through practical completion, managing programme, health and safety, quality, commissioning, procurement, contracts, commercial control, risks, stakeholder relationships, and large technical and construction teams. It requires advanced engineering, construction, planning, commercial, and safety knowledge, experience delivering projects exceeding £50 million in MEP value, and relevant engineering training. The role may be onsite, hybrid, or part-time depending on suitability.
