Description

Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is hiring an experienced MEP Project Manager to support New Jersey construction and renovation projects. The role oversees electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; project staff and professional relationships; schedules, spending, documentation, reports, change orders, closeout, and final payments. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science is preferred, along with 10–15 years of commercial construction management experience, heavy mechanical or electrical background, and experience with BIM, Navisworks, BIM Glue, Revit, or equivalent. The salary is $160,000–$180,000, with discretionary bonuses and extensive benefits.
