Group PMX is hiring an MEP Project Manager to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for an affluent New York City client. The role oversees MEP work from preconstruction through closeout, coordinates consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, manages drawings and schedules, tracks budgets and change orders, supports procurement and testing, and resolves issues with project managers, superintendents, and clients. The position is onsite five days per week in Uptown Manhattan and pays $125,000–$130,000. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus five years of MEP scope management experience in retail or commercial construction, is required.
