The role leads the planning, preparation, and delivery of MEP projects focused on HVAC ventilation, including technical leadership, shop and installation plans, technical design and calculations, client and authority coordination, negotiations, and schedule and cost planning. Candidates need an engineering or comparable qualification, several years of MEP project delivery and management experience, project-management and contract-law knowledge, and willingness to travel nationwide for large projects.
