Mortenson is hiring an MEP Project Manager I to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes on medium to large construction projects. The role manages project financials, budgets, schedules, subcontracts, suppliers, quality, safety, risk, compliance, commissioning, closeout, change orders, and owner relationships, while supervising Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience and at least six years of construction management experience are required. The role pays $113,500–$170,300 base salary, offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), and does not provide visa sponsorship.
