Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the full MEP scope on a large-scale data centre project in Hertfordshire, North London. The role oversees planning, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems; manages MEP subcontractors and vendors; integrates MEP work with construction, commissioning, and project controls teams; monitors budgets and variations; and supports testing, commissioning, and final handover. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent practical experience, plus five years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction, mechanical infrastructure systems, data centre operations, and electro/mechanical assembly and testing.
