Description
Experienced MEP Scan-to-BIM Engineer role focused on converting point cloud and laser scan data into accurate BIM models. The position requires 3+ years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM experience for MEP systems, strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud processing tools, and solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems. Responsibilities include developing MEP BIM models at LOD 300–500, coordinating with architecture and structural models, performing clash detection, ensuring QA/QC and BIM execution plan compliance, and collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate as-built models.
