Description
The MEP Construction Manager plans, coordinates, and executes building services systems across commercial, industrial, or heavy construction projects. Responsibilities include 3D/BIM coordination, hiring and supervising MEP trade subcontractors, inspecting work for code compliance, managing schedules and budgets, reviewing submittals, and directing testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, plus 5 to 10+ years of hands-on MEP construction experience and knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, low-voltage, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
