Description
The employer is seeking an experienced MEP Services Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery on a major data centre construction project in Melbourne. The role owns end-to-end services delivery, including design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and operational handover, while managing clients, consultants, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and specialist vendors. The manager will coordinate complex interfaces across building services, ICT/ELV, fire systems, BMS, and critical infrastructure, support structured completion processes, and promote safety and quality. Relevant trade, engineering, or building qualifications or equivalent experience are required, along with strong commercial awareness and multidisciplinary leadership capability.
